WHY WE EXIST

Exercise is essential in cancer care — not optional.

The Cancer Fitness Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing the growing field of Exercise Oncology — closing the gap between research and real-world care by educating patients, empowering physicians, and expanding access to evidence-based exercise.

Through philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and education initiatives, we're working toward a future where every cancer patient receives trusted exercise guidance and support as a standard part of oncology care — from diagnosis through long-term survivorship.
